Inform Potential Customers of Your Skills and Qualifications!

As an active commercial tradesman and service provider, we advise that you provide potential customers with as much information about you and your business as possible. Upload your qualifications, photos of previous work, etc. Customers are more likely to hire those with better qualifications and experience, so make sure you tell them about yourself!

Compulsory Documents
Please submit a copy of one of the following documents within 14 days of registration:
• Bank Statement
• Utility Bill

Note: Failure to provide one these documents will lead to your account being restricted.

Optional Documents
To further enhance your profile, you can submit the following documents:
• Qualifications (e.g. Gas Safe, City & Guilds, NVQ)
• Memberships (e.g. Guilds, Chambers, Associations)
• Public liability insurance

Submit Documents
Documents can be submitted by fax, email or by uploading them onto the MyHammer website in the “My Account” page.

How can I upload my documents online?
Step 1: Scan the required documents and save to your computer. Or you can take digital photos of your documents – please ensure that they are clear.
Step 2. Go to “My Account” -> “My Data” -> “Upload documents”.
Step 3: Click the ‘Browse’ button to find your saved scans or photos.
Step 4: Click “Upload Now”.
