Blocked and Restricted Accounts
What is a Restricted Account?
• Existing quotes are retained but no longer displayed.
• A job cannot be awarded to a restricted account holder.
• New quotes cannot be submitted.
• Questions are hidden.
• Directory entries are hidden.
Why would an account be restricted?
• Violations of the General Terms and Conditions (e.g. repeated violations of Sending Contact Data etc.).
• Proof of address not provided within the required 14 day time period.
• Payment problems (e.g. Declined Credit Card or PayPal transactions).
What is a Blocked/Frozen Account?
• Job history remains visible.
• All current quotes are deleted.
• Questions are hidden.
• Directory entries are hidden.
Why would an account be blocked/frozen?
• Major payment disruptions (e.g., large arrears, account closure etc.).
• Proof of address not provided within the required 21 days.
How can a restriction or block be lifted?
• An account will be automatically reactivated as soon as the reason for blocking/restricting has been resolved:
- Upon receipt of payment
- Upon submission and verification of personal documents
