- Here, you will find all the data you entered when you registered.
- You can update your information at any time and can also change your password.
- To do this, go to “My Data” -> “Current Data” click on “Change Password.” Three boxes will appear. Enter your old password, then choose a new password and verify it.
- Click the “Save” button.

This is the only way in which a tender can be binding. The “MyHammer Marketplace” aims for transparency for everyone involved. As such, MyHammer doesn’t support any anonymous activities.

At which point can I agree to have my contact information passed on to tradesmen or service providers? |

As a customer, you decide if your contact information will be given out directly to the tradesman or service provider, or if you will contact the tradesman yourself. To allow a direct contact, go to the job in question. On the left side, you will find an overview of the submitted job. Click on “Direct Contact.” Here you can edit your contact information.

MyHammer adheres to British Law and Best Practice regarding your privacy and data protection. We do not pass personal data on to other marketing companies or advertisers.
If you check the box next to “I want to receive news and important tips in the MyHammer newsletter,” you will receive the MyHammer newsletter. You may also receive emails about any invoices, jobs, quotes and, of course, our tradesmen can receive a daily or hourly Job Radar (set up and monitored at their convenience). You can deactivate or unsubscribe to all non-essential emails at any time.
