“Observed” Jobs
This is useful for keeping an eye on jobs in which you are interested, but may not want to quote on.
Step 1: Log in to your account.
Step 2: Click on a job which you would like to observe.
Step 3: Click on the “Observe” button and the job is placed in your observation list.
“Observe” Jobs Found Through “Saved Searches”
Step 1: Click on the relevant search.
Step 2: Click on the orange cross next to ‘Preview’ to reveal more information about the job.
Step 3: On the right hand side, you can now click on “Observe”.
Step 4: A green tick will appear and the job is then on your observation list.
Finding Jobs that you are Observing
Go to “My Account” -> “My Quotes” -> “Observed Jobs”.
Here you will see a list of all jobs that you are currently observing.

Observed jobs are listed according to when the jobs expire. This means that job which you have just observed will not necessarily be at the top of the list.

No, a job poster can only see how many tradesmen/service providers are observing a job. A job poster may make a general request for observers to offer quotes.

| Why can I no longer see the “Observe” button above the job? |

Once you are observing a job, the “Observe Job” button will disappear.

| How can I remove jobs from my observation list? |

Call up your observed jobs under “My Account” -> “Observed Jobs.” Select the job in question by selecting the box on the left. Then click “Remove”.
