Who can cancel a job?
A job may only be cancelled by the job poster.
Tradesmen and service providers – once you have been awarded a job, you may no longer cancel your quote.
To cancel a job:
Step 1: Go to “My Account” -> “My Jobs” -> “Active”.

Step 2: Click on the relevant job title.

Step 3: Click “Edit/Extend”.

Step 4: Click “deactivate”.

You will then be prompted to give a reason for the cancellation.
Please select an option and then click “Continue”.

Yes, you can!
- Go to “My Account” -> “My Jobs” -> “Expired”.
- Select “Order cancellation/Change order status” from the drop-down menu next to the job title.
- You can then click the “Choose a Different Provider” button and award your job.

No, only job posters can edit or cancel (their own) jobs.

| If I want to cancel a job, do I have to pay? |

No – but you should only cancel a job if it is absolutely necessary. Tradesmen may have spent time and resources on your job. They may even have turned down other work. Please carefully consider this before cancelling.
